The Registry App simply gathers them all together into one convenient place, so they’re easily accessible – and easily tracked. The App allows you to set review periods, inspection reminders and overdue reminders, which can be highlighted on your Compliance Centre.
That allows you to plan ahead and organise the relevant tester or inspector to visit the premises in advance of the expiry of certificates with automated alerts, while standard reports let you see which locations have the most pressing issues in terms of compliance documentation so you can prioritise.
You can also copy across common assets from one location or move them to other locations to reduce any duplication of effort, and even archive assets when they’re no longer used and attach certificates and other documentation.
