Safer Food Better Business (SFBB)

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) launched Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) which is a free Food Safety Management System (FSMS) that is designed to help smaller caterers and retailers to meet the legal requirement to have a documented FSMS based on the principles of HACCP.

Shieldyourself have a team of food safety experts and trainers and have delivered SFBB training to over 2500 catering businesses on behalf of 25 Local Authorities.

If you are a small catering or retail operation and you need help and guidance to complete and tailor the pack, we can help. Each coaching session can be carried out on your business premises and will take approximately 4 hours to complete. SFBB coaching sessions are aimed at managers and business owners, on completion of the session a certificate of attendance to a SFBB coaching session is awarded.
