Your obligation

We ask that you use Shieldyourself in a responsible manner. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to obtain a parent/guardian's consent prior to using the site.

There are several activities that could cause great distress to others, and we ask that you refrain from them. Please don't:

• Use, post, or transmit to or via, Shieldyourself any information or materials that breach any laws or regulations, infringe upon a third party's rights, or are contrary to any relevant standards or codes;

• all details and information in your member Listing provided by you are true and accurate and are not false misleading or deceptive;
• you will keep secure the Security Access Password and only permit authorised persons access to and use of that Security Access Password; and
• you will keep the information contained in your member Listing accurate and up to date and compliant with these Terms and Conditions.

Use of your information and material

You may send us feedback, suggestions, ideas or other materials by Contacting Us. We may, at our discretion, use, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt and transmit them to others free of charge and without restriction. In using Shieldyourself, you implicitly provide your permission for this to occur.

Naturally, this use will be subject to our obligations outlined in the Shieldyourself Privacy Statement.

Security of information

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. • record the outcomes of our monitoring activities, without any obligation to disclose or report the outcomes of our monitoring activities to you.

Shieldyourself website may contain links to other websites (“linked websites”). Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with linked websites.

Our links with linked websites should not be construed as an endorsement, approval or recommendation by us of the owners or operators of those linked websites, or of any information, graphics, materials, products or services referred to or contained on those linked websites, unless and to the extent stipulated to the contrary.
